Why it is Not Haram to Have long Nails
C.J Ahmed-13.05.2023
Having long nails is done for fashion and beauty and this can be achieved by growing the nails long or adding artificial nails. The argument among some scholars that it is forbidden to have long nails is in the following hadith,
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (sal) said, "To shave the pubic hair. to clip the nails and to cut the moustaches short, are characteristics of the Fitra."(Bukhari)
The above hadith does not indicate anything of a prohibition and only encourages clipping the nails.
Anas reported:
A time limit has been prescribed for us for clipping the moustache, cutting the nails, plucking hair under the armpits, shaving the pubes, that it should not be neglected far more than forty nights.(Muslim)
In this hadith, Anas(rali) is not attributing the statement to the prophet (sal) but only giving his view. Even if it was a statement of the prophet (sal), it cannot be taken as something strictly forbidden but only discouraged. Here are instances where trimming the nails was nor allowed especially if you have intende to give sacrifice during hajj.
Umm Salama reported (these words) directly from Allah's Messenger (sal):
If anyone has in his possession a sacrificial animal to offer as a sacrifice (on 'Id al-Adha), he should not get his hair cut and nails trimmed after he has entered the first days of Dhu'l Hijja (Muslim)
Keeping long nails and growing it longer is not haram in Islam and there is not direct evidnce from the authentic hadiths stating otherwise. Some might try to argue thatyou are mimicking the nono-Mulsim by doing so but you can grow your nails with out copying the non-Muslims.
It is not haram to grow your nails long and beautifying it.

C.J Ahmed-13.05.2023
Drinking breats milk of a non-related woman is not haram in Islam because there is no evidence in Ilsma to suggest that doing so is a sin.
Whatever is not forbidden in Islam is halal and silence is from the mercy of Allah (swt).
" The Prophet (sal) said, “Verily Allah has obligated the obligations – so do not neglect them. And He has limited the limits – so do not transgress them. And His silence about things is from His mercy, not forgetfulness, so do not investigate them.”
(Hasan sahih-Ad-Darqutni No. 4/199 and Al-Baihaqi No. 10/122)
Drinking thebreast milk from your wife will not change anything and the laws of suckling only applies to children before the age of weaning.
Umm Salamah narrated that The Messenger of Allah said:
“No prohibition results from suckling except for what penetrates the intestines while on the breast before weaning.” (Tirmidhi-Graded Hasan Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi)
The evidence that a man can drink a woman's breast milk is proven from the following hadiths,
Aisha (rali) reported that Salim, the freed slave of Abu Hadhaifa, lived with him and his family in their house. She (i. e. the daughter of Suhail came to Allah's Apostle (sal) and said: Salim has attained (puberty) as men attain, and he understands what they understand, and he enters our house freely, I, however, perceive that something (rankles) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa, whereupon Allah's Apostle (sal) said to her: suckle him and you would become unlawful for him(become mahram), and (the rankling) which Abu Hudhaifa feels in his heart will disappear. She returned and said: So I suckled him, and what (was there) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa disappeared."
(Sahih Muslim)
Umm Salama said to 'Aisha (rali): A young boy who is at the threshold of puberty comes to you. I, however, do not like that he should come to me, whereupon 'Aisha (rali) said: Don't you see in Allah's Messenger (sal) a model for you? She also said: The wife of Abu Hudhaifa said: Messenger of Allah, Salim comes to me and now he is a (grown-up) person, and there is something that (rankles) in the mind of Abu Hudhaifa about him, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: suckle him (so that he may become your foster-child), and thus he may be able to come to you (freely)."
(Sahih Muslim)
In this hadith the wife of Hudayfah (rali) came and asked the prophet (sal) that Salim (rali) had attained puberty and she mentioned about the practical issue she and her husband where facing in keeping Salim in their house. The prophet (sal) even in such a scenario never forbade Salim (rali) from entering the house of Hudayfah (rali) and his wife. Instead he gave a solution specific to this issue by telling Sahlah (rali) to suckle him so that he can go freely in to their house. In another hadith the prophet (sal) smiled and laughed when advising her to give milk.
Aisha (rali) reported that Sahlah bint Suhail came to Allah's Apostle (sal) and said:
Messenger of Allah, I see on the face of Abu Hudhaifa (signs of disgust) on entering of Salim (who is an ally) into (our house), whereupon Allah's Apostle (sal) said: Suckle him. She said: How can I suckle him as he is a grown-up man? Allah's Messenger (sal) smiled and said: I already know that he is a young man 'Amr has made this addition in his narration that he participated in the Battle of Badr and in the narration of Ibn 'Umar (the words are): Allah's Messenger (sal) laughed."
(Sahih Muslim)
Conclusion
Drinking breast milk of a woman wheher she is a stranger or not is not haram in Ilsma.
I have a detailed explanation about the above hadiths of salim (rali) and his adoption. You can read it here https://cjislam.weebly.com/why-adopting-a-child-is-halal-with-4-powerful-solutions.html
